چکیده
Undoubtedly, involving more tools, datasets, and techniques for detecting the mineralized areas sharply narrow zones to be investigated delivered, in most cases highly potential zones. Consequently, this study is an attempt apply remote sensing data including Sentinel 2 ASTER, field observations, petrography of hydrothermal alteration processes, ore microscopic investigations, X-ray examinations, EDX analysis detect emphasize mineralization types at Wadi Mikbi Zayatit district, South Eastern Desert, Egypt. Towards accurate lithological mapping, data, previous geological maps, investigations recorded serpentinites, ophiolitic metagabbros, amphibolites, epidosite, arc-related metasediments (schists quartzites), metagabbro-tonalite complex, dunite, olivine gabbros, granitic rocks encountered district. Additionally, various have been primarily outlined using ASTER by implementing informative band ratios constrained energy minimization techniques. The mineralogical studies confirmed remotely-detected minerals. Ore microscopy, XRD technique, microchemical representative samples district identified magnetite, ilmenite, titanomagnetite, chromite, magnesioferrite, quartz, apatite, clinochlore, plagioclase, pyroxene epidote. Cross-linking results, observations laboratory revealed that dominant processes include oxidization, serpentinization, carbonatization, epidotization, silicification, zoisitization, muscovitization, sericitization, chloritization. Spatial overlay resultant altered features, structural dissection, analytical were integrated build a mineral potentiality map

Traditional methods of field measurement of soil moisture in addition to the difficulty, the need for manpower and money and fail to take place on a large scale to be able to show moisture. Therefore, remote sensing has become a widespread use .Landsat 8 satellite data and Sentinel-1 radar satellite from Tehran were provided. 72 soil samples were taken at the same time by satellite passing from...
متن کاملZr-Y-Nb-REE mineralization associated with microgranite and basic dykes at EL Sela shear zone, South Eastern Desert, Egypt
El Sela shear zone occurs in the younger granite rock of Gabal El Sela area, south Eastern Desert, Egypt near the Sudan Frontier. It comprises lines-arranged intrusions trending ENE-WSW and extend for about 1.5 km in length and reach up to 40 meters in width. These lines-arranged intrusions include multi-phase quartz veins, altered microgranite and altered basic dykes. These dykes hosting or ac...
متن کاملRemote Sensing and Wetland Ecology: a South African Case Study
Remote sensing offers a cost efficient means for identifying and monitoring wetlands over a large area and at different moments in time. In this study, we aim at providing ecologically relevant information on characteristics of temporary and permanent isolated open water wetlands, obtained by standard techniques and relatively cheap imagery. The number, surface area, nearest distance, and dynam...

Tsunamis are caused by the displacement of a large volume of water, generally in an ocean or a sea. Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions, landslides, glacier calvings, meteorite impacts and other disturbances above or below water have the potential to generate a tsunami. The coastal areas of Kollam district, the present study area was seriously affected by the catastr...
